I really break a sweat with this machine, it feels like a proper workout, love it!

well it does what it says. After a long long layoff from exercise and at 67 yrs of young I decided needed a challenge. yep I got one alright. Started very gently and building up as muscles restart. the action is odd but i feel it is for the best, getting into a rhythm took some getting used to, but i am getting there. same with the posture, i can feel myself relaxing more. for advice - don't overdo it. Going upstairs is a pain, but coming back down i felt like Eddie the eagle on a slippery slope, thank goodness for the grab rail. A good buy and this will be a source of me beating the odds I face. very well made and very Recommended.

Very good helps me with my sciatica as I need to exercise daily in the L5 area of my back

It’s great it sits in the corner of my conservatory.it doesn’t take up much room so I can just use it whenever I want to without having to move it anywhere. You can just use it whenever you have a few minutes spare .

Really easy to assemble, doesn't take up to much room. My 11yr old loves it too.
